Occationally we get asked, "I have this old wax, but I don't have the instructions anymore. Do you know what temperature it was for?" For some of those waxes we list that info below. None of these waxes are manufactured anymore nor are they available for sale. If you have an old wax that is not listed below and have the information for it send it along and we'll display the info here.
A glide wax produced in the late 1980's to early 1990's by Toko.
ANTISTATIC. White Passion Wax provides the basis for top results: the professional multi-component system adaptable to different snow conditions. Hot wax for ironing on. Developed specifically for both classic and skating techniques. Clean surface thoroughly. Vary mix to suit snow conditions. Let cool, scrape off down to the surface, brush.
This system was also called "MOP".

The Toko World Loppet glide waxes were labeled for Nordic skiing. They were renamed System3 starting in the fall of 2003. System3 was previously listed for Alpine and Snowboard. Technically the World Loppet and System3 waxes are identical.
Link to current Toko waxes.This was a popular and revolutionary glide wax that Ski*go invented in the late 1980's. It was a liquid/gel glide wax that was smoothed across the ski's glide zone. The wax contained PTFE (the generic name for Teflon) as the main ingrediate in large quantities. The wax was retired in the late 1990's. If you still have some C280 it will still be good to use.
