Skiwax.ca ships to all physical addresses within Canada, the U.S., and worldwide.
Warehouse Location
All orders ship from our Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada warehouse. We handle all picking and packing in-house.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Items in stock are shipped in 1-2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders with skis or custom requests may take longer to prep for shipping.
Be aware that some items for sale on skiwax.ca are not always carried in stock and are therefore classified as “special-order”. To see if a product is special-order, check below the “add to cart” button on the product page for its inventory status. Special-order items typically ship in 2-4 weeks. After checkout, you will be notified of the estimated delivery time for your special-order items.
To reduce our carbon footprint and shipping costs, orders containing both in-stock and special-order items will typically be held until the entire order is ready to ship. If you would like your in-stock items sent immediately, please contact us (additional shipping fees may apply).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Five-dollar shipping on orders above $100 and Free Shipping on orders above $250 to all North American addresses. Shipping costs for orders under $100 or to addresses outside of North America are calculated and displayed during checkout.
All shipments to a PO Box must be sent via Canada Post (Purolator will not ship to PO Boxes).
Liquid waxes and solvents are shipped only via ground freight to Canadian addresses.
We may ship your parcel with an alternate carrier, such as UPS, ICS, Canpar, Purolator, FedEx or DHL. You will not be charged more than the rates displayed at checkout, but if we secure a better rate from one of these carriers, you could receive a small refund for the difference!

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Skiwax.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and document them with lots of pictures before filing a claim.
Missing/Stolen Packages
Skiwax.ca is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you cannot find your package, please contact the carrier, check your community mailbox, and ask neighbours if your parcel was delivered to the wrong address. If all that fails, contact our team within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Skiwax.ca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility. Please look up your country's de minimus import duty exemption values (e.g., AUS $1000 AUD) before shipping to a non-Canadian address. For all international orders, we include professional commercial invoices and proper HS Tariff Codes and Country of Origin to ensure the fastest possible customs clearance.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Should you need to return an item, please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
We often reuse boxes or 100% recyclable cardboard when possible to ship your order. We aim to use minimal plastic fillers - and if we do use them, it's because we're recycling them! All this to to keep our trails clean!
