Skiwax.ca ships world-wide. However, customers with North American delivery address can have their items shipped for free if they spend more than $250 on a single order. Or a $5 flat fee for shipping on orders above $100. These shipping rates apply to all orders: even oversized, or overweight items. This means nearly all skis, poles, and wax benches ship for free if the order value is over $250!

Canada Post is the default carrier of Skiwax.ca. We will use other carriers in certain circumstances to take advantage of better rates or shorter delivery times.

Non-North American customers or those who's order value is below $100, can take advantage of heavily discounted shipping rates at checkout.

⚙️ How It Works (It's Easy!)

  1. Choose a Ship Date: The ship date acts as the order deadline.
  2. Get Codes: We provide you with unique bulk-order discount codes (e.g., `YourClub_30`) and a free shipping code with the deadline (e.g., `YourClubFreeShip-Sept8`).
  3. Share Codes: Share these codes with all members!
  4. Members Order: Members shop for their gear on Skiwax.ca and enter the codes at checkout before the deadline.
  5. Pay Online: Members pay for their orders directly. No collecting money!
  6. Group Ship: After the deadline, Skiwax.ca sends all orders (packaged and labelled by name) in one shipment to your designated club representative's address.
  7. Distribute: The representative distributes the pre-packaged orders to members at practices or meetings.

💬 The order process was simple. Niklas packed individual orders in paper bags with the people's names, making it easy to distribute. No taking orders, no collecting money, and members saved on their purchases.

It could take a few weeks for the item to arrive at your door, which is why we try to make up for it by offering 5%-off on all pre-orders.
