The Rex R1 is the default high-end pole for world-class racers from the Rex pole line. Extremely light and stiff carbon shaft with an excellent swing weight. Constructed to be the best pole for long-distance racing when extreme weight savings are critical. Produced with 100% XT-60 Carbon. RX powder baskets give great pole plants even in softer snow conditions. If you need a stiffer, more survivable pole for close-quarters head-to-head sprint racing, opt for the Peltonen R1 SPRINT model. This pole model comes in `Free Length` options; meaning handles are unattached so the pole shafts can be easily cut down to a custom length. Email us at info@skiwax.ca after you place your order for `Free Length` poles and we`ll cut them down to the length you specify and attach the handles before shipping free of charge!
