Speed training wheels help keep for heart rate in zone while allowing you to ski at or near the race pace with race situation technique. Comes as a single wheel. If you want to replace all the wheels on a pair of skis, you will have to purchase four wheels. These wheels come pre-assembled with bearings, axel bolt, spacers, a washer, and a nut for an easy swap. Wheel dimensions: 100mm x 24mm.
