A blue klister for cold, icy snow or used as a base klister. Not quite as hard as Chola, but definitely easier to work with. Skare meaning `crusty snow` in Norwegian, Special Skare is for a bit more crusty than the standard blue. Great for as a base for violet waxes, or even with a hardwax cover in abrasive snow.
